When editing an interrupt, if the train focused at that moment completes the waiting conditions for a temporary stop from an interrupt, this will close the drop-down menu that is opened when you select "+Add interrupt condition" or "+Add wait condition".
To reproduce:
1. Create station Depot and A.
2. Create train, add station A to schedule.
3. Set limit of A to 0.
4. Create interrupt for train: if next station full, GOTO depot (wait condition 5s passed).
5. Confirm and save.
6. The train will stay at depot, every 5s when the wait condition is complete, the interrupt will trigger and create another temp depot stop in the schedule.
7. While this is happening, open the interrupt editing menu and click +Add interrupt condition. Do not click an option.
8. When #6 occurs, the drop-down menu will disappear.
This is a problem as if you have made a mistake with the interrupt causing it to cycle rapidly, as it then becomes difficult to add another condition to fix it (in this case, "Not at depot"). I would expect the drop-down menu to stay open regardless of what is happening.

Confirmed that this (admittedly minor) bug still exists in 2.0.21.
