Conveyor belts not moving enemies?

Conveyor belts not moving enemies?

Hi, this has been bugging me for a while so much that it actually made me set up an account here.

I found some tips online that a useful defense is to put conveyor belts in front of the walls, so that it slows down biters and moves spitters so that the turrets are no longer in their acid range. However, for me, the enemies seem not to be affected by the conveyor belts at all. Is this something that changed in some recent version of the game, or am I doing something wrong?

Back some time ago, it was nerfed, or more precisely fixed : the slowing still exists, but it's up to what it should.
