how to reduce your speed player?

it runs very quickly, I would like to was 3-7 km per hour.

During a game? I don't think it can be done.
It's easy enough to edit the running_speed variable in the demo-entities.lua file though.
Also, 3km/h is very slow for a physically fit individual, even with a reasonably heavy load.

I wonder whether your player could be running faster than usual.

Caused I heard of lately:
A lot of exoskeletons?
Super-high monitor refresh rate?
