Run Console Command using script

Am I able to run a console command using a Lua script?
If yes, can someone show me an example how?

Currently I am just making a random scenario, and I want to unlock all technologies directly at the start,
I referred to the API library and a forum thread but it seems like there is only a console command to unlock all technology, but not a script library for it.
(Seems like I cant post links for my first post in the forum.)

If anyone manage to find a script library to unlock all technologies and post an example here, it would be helpful.
Else I just need to know how to run a console command using a Lua script.
