How to connect robot network with logistic network?

Right now I'm building something like that.
For example I have Yuoki and Dytech mod, so with vanilla recipes, I have 3 ways to produce iron and copper plates.
DyTech is the most efficient but require lava. Yuoki is little less efficient and produce byproducts. Vanilla is "clean" but have the worst efficient.
So, I'm building network that always provide enough amount of plates, and automatically choose production method. When I have lava, Blast furnaces are working and washing ores to specific amount. When I don't have lava, washed ores are smelting. Storage can receive only specific amount of byproducts, so if I have a lot of them, storage send signal to stop washing ores and smelting washed ores.
All is still under construction, but I want to build really big, automatic and diffuse factory connected by trains.
