Is there an 'auto-run' key?

Is there an autorun key so you don't have to constantly hold "W"?

I do mods. Modding wiki is friend, it teaches how to mod. Api docs is friend too...
I also update mods, some of them even work.
Recently I did a mod tutorial.

Unsatisfied with current offerings I made a new one that works with 0.16:
