Did not get the achivement, built solar panels with an assembler.

Guys, you have to build 100 solar panels for the satelite, so what's wrong? How do I upload my savegame? I have it just before the launch.

Read the 6th comment in the thread you linked. You can't get the achievement in peaceful mode.

You can check which achievements are not available in peaceful mode if you start a new game in peaceful mode and then look at the achievements. Achievements that you cannot get are colored in red with an explanation text underneath.

For reference, a list of all the achievements not obtainable in peaceful mode:

• Steam all the way (Win the game without using Solar panel)
• Raining bullets (Win the game without building Laser turret)
• No time for chitchat (Finish the game in 15 hours)
• There is no spoon (Finish the game in 8 hours)

Add "it stinks and they don't like it" to that list. While it's not greyed out, the aliens will never attack so you can't get the achievement in peaceful mode.
