Game Over?

I finally built my rocket silo..

Game didn't end...
Do I have to launch the Satellite to complete game or does it just keep running forever and its 'done' when you get the rocket silo and the rocket completed?

You need to build and place the rocket silo, then supply it with low density structures, rocket fuel, and rocket control units (1000 of each) until the rocket is built to 100%. You can then launch the rocket, but don't forget to put in a satellite before launch or you'll have to redo the rocket.

After successfully launching a rocket with satellite the victory screen will be displayed giving you the option to finish the game or continue playing.
