Hey, i just got the game last week. I've been using the wiki a lot to help me along on my first bases, but it seems that in almost every screenshot something is different and in the trailer as well. Ammo looks different in the trailer and copper plates look like iron plates etc. And inserters looked different too in some images. Those are just some examples.
It's really confusing and I'd just like to have it confirmed that everything looks like it should in my game.

Yes everything looks as it should in your game 
The trailer is from the developer's (unreleased, unfinished) 0.10 version of the game and the wiki has only a relatively few number of people updating it (so some/many graphics are from older versions of the game), you are free (and even encouraged) to help update the images (and anything else that you notice is inaccurate) on the wiki.
