Is anyone else having trouble inserting fuel into their trains engine?

Try removing and placing the inserter again. I've had inserters get stuck on 0.9.0, but thought that was fixed. Also, does it insert if you put the train in manual mode (pause)?

Found out what the problem was. If your train runs out of fuel while running it is considered "moving" even if it cannot move due to lack of fuel. Inserters don't work on moving objects

Sounds logical, otherwise the inserters would fill/empty also the wagons, which can create big hassle.
Cool suggestion: Eatable MOUSE-pointers.
