Unable to build railway and locomotive

I've already done the railway research but I cant build the railway and locomotive. I've tried using the manual building ("E" key) and through the Assembling Machine (2). Neither one of them shows the railway icon or locomotive. Can someone help me to solve this issue?

Air Filtering, made by Schorty, version 0.8.3

Run /c game.player.force.reset_technology_effects() to restore the recipes.
