In the Blueprint Sandbox I'm designing a chemical science pack factory. While checking the flow of items I noticed a splitter not splitting correcly: Two consecutive items are put on the same output belt. The splitter does not have any priorities set. See the attached video from about 5 seconds to 8 seconds in.
Screenshots:
Before the splitter:
After the splitter:
I would expect the two consecutive items to be put on separate outputs.
I've attached my save game, as I'm not sure I can reproduce the bug in a new save game. The splitter in question is in the Blueprint Sandbox, in the factory to the upper left, splitting red circuits just before the science pack assemblers. Note that the mod Concreep Redux is in the game, but I am not loading the mod on save startup.

Re: [1.1.61] Splitter (yellow) doesn't split as expected
This is not a bug, those items are in independent lanes.
Re: [1.1.61] Splitter (yellow) doesn't split as expected
Yes. You might have seen video tutorials made before the 0.16.16? rework. Splitters originally alternated output belt by input item type, within some constraints, then in 0.16.something it was switched to alternating output belt by input item lane, within some much simpler constraints. The original behavior arguably produced more useful and interesting behavior when properly understood, and unarguably produced more baffling and frustrating behavior when the constraints made strict alternation impossible.

Right, I guess this is a no-bug then.
I haven't seen any specific video tutorials with regards to splitters (balancers, though...), I based my bug report on my +2000 hrs experience. I guess it is never too late to learn about the quirks.
Thank you both.
