Hi there,
I'm trying to figure out what pollution is doing in my factory, and whether it is going up or down.
If I turn on show-pollution-values in the F4 debug menu, I get lots of numbers like this:
What do those numbers entail? What does 43.4/-0.15/m actually mean? What do the three values signify? Is the second one rate of change? What is "m"?
Meaning of show-pollution-values output

Re: Meaning of show-pollution-values output
Amount of pollution (first number is amount of units of pollution) slash reduction per minute.
i.e. pollution is absorbed by environment slowly. Some surface absorb slower, like water. Some other surface absorb better like grass. Trees are of course the best friend. They have biggest absorption. However, they can be killed by absorption too.
If you stop production include mining, you will see the cloud shrinking. But be aware, bugs don't wait, they can come and eat you anyway.
