How to change import planet for resources?

I want to produce velocity modules on Vulcan and automatically send them to Nauvis.
But the space platform does not want to automatically request them from Vulcan and automatically upload them to Nauvis.
Is there any way to change the import settings to fix this?

When you make a request for an item on a platform, just click on a planet below (in the interface), and pick the one you need.

By default a planet, where wares are likely to be produced is set.
