[2.0.15] Agricultural Science Pack consumtion too high

[2.0.15] Agricultural Science Pack consumtion too high

Hi, I just hauled my first agricultural science packs back to Nauvis and they seem to be consumed way to fast.

I brought exactly 2.000 packs and immediately started research. Checking the production window I can confirm nothing has spoiled
and all 2.000 science packs has been transferred to the surface of Nauvis.

First I researched arboriculture/tree farming, The cost says this is 1x50 science packs
Secondly I researched fish farming for 500 packs.

So I expected to have at least 1450 packs left, not accounting for my +8% productivity modules.
This should be more than enough to also research carbon fibres for another 500 packs,
however I ran out of modules just 8% into the research. Again, nothing spoiled.

Fresh agricultural science packs give their full research value. The more spoiled they are, the less research you'll get from them.
