Clear Biters

I finished the normal play through of SA. Now i want to continue and scale up to get the rest of the achievements for this run. But i need to get rid of the biters. Normally i would go big in artillery but getting material or artillery shells from vulcanus is a bit to much for the amount i need.
So i was running around with the railgun the manual way with some nukes here and there.

Any good idea how to clear huge areas infested with biters? Or should i start mass importing 10.000 of artillery shells?

I think you'd better import the tungsten plate if you are going to make them in such quantity.

You can use spidertrons too, the higher quality one now outrange the behemoth worm !
