WTH am i doing wrong

I am having an issue making some Electric Engine Units. I have a Oil Refinery with water and crude oil coming in. I have it set to maing Advanced Oil processing. Then my Chemical plant is hooked up from the exit of the Refinery and it makes one of the electric Engine, then stops. If i change the Refinery back to Basic oil and then back to Advanced oil, it works for one Engine then stops. I will attach a screenshot of what the setup is. What am i doing wrong here.

You need to use up all the products from the oil refinery, you have petroleum and light oil backing up. When all products are moved out, it'll start making more. Same as an assembly machine, when output fills up, it stops until it gets emptied.

Yep. Click on the oil refinery, and you'll see 100 petroleum and 100 light oil sitting there waiting to go somewhere.
In the short term, you can just dump them into storage tanks, and your refinery will run for 250 production cycles or so before the tank fills up... or just set up a few chemical plants to do light oil->solid fuel and petroleum->solid fuel, then belt those over to fuel some trains or stockpile them for making rocket fuel later.

You can also reprocess into petrol gas early for plastic and sulfur production.
