Is there a way to completely dismantle a space platform?

I mean completely dismantle a space platform, without deleting it. Right now, "Lucky" is floating above Fulgora and fighting a losing battle with asteroids and there isn't enough rocket fuel production on Fulgora to supply it with new items and most importantly, ammunition to protect what's left. The next best thing I suppose would be trying to dismantle everything and send it down, but the starter pack may need to be rebuilt.
