no Circuit Wires available to craft in 2.0 vanilla

have researched Circuit Network but the red green wires don't show up in the crafting screen or as available in any assembler

2.0, vanilla only no mods no space age

They aren't items any more. See the icons to the right of your quickbar ?

Since circuit wires were possible to create for free using blueprints, we decided to not care about that and there are shortcuts to give red wire (Alt+R) and green wire (Alt+G) tools. https://factorio.com/blog/post/fff-379
