Red and Green wires problem

I don't know if the bug comes from Factorio (1.1.110) or from using multiple mods, but I have a huge loss in saving and/or recovering the green and red wires. I'm fighting every day to put them back on my rail gates. But they keep disappearing all the time.

I have a correction plan '3' in 9-2, in the toolbar that shows what I'm trying to fix. I've already done it for the tracks in the other direction, but I feel like nothing has been done. Additionally, multiple construction ghosts have disappeared.
