[SOLVED] Burner inserter not refuelling itself

As described, burner inserters not refuelling themselves. I have attached my game save if anyone wants to have a look.

This is not a bug?
I have played the game 350 hours and beat the game 3 times. I don't care anyway I have nuclear setup.
I tough is a minor bug so I was thinking to report it.

0.12.1:
Burner inserters start with enough energy to pick up 1 item and fuel themselves.

I see. It is possible for the burner inserter to run out of energy and be unable to fuel itself.
