Blueprint on the map
Hi Everyone! I just started Factorio and when I place 100 * 100 city block blueprints inside the map, I can't view or edit them in unexplored areas. Is there a solution for this ?

Re: Blueprint on the map
The problem is that I want to plan for megabase from the very beginning
Re: Blueprint on the map
You can plan for it, but you need to know the terrain to know whether the plan is valid. Do you really want to put a city block down in the middle of a large ocean?
You must have “active” radar coverage of a chunk to be able to do anything in that chunk. If you are not averse to mods, then the mod VisionRadar might serve your purposes, giving you a large viewed area. If mods are not your thing, then you have to walk around and put radars down (and feed them power) as a first step in your city block megabase planning.

Thank you very much for the replay! Vision radar solved my problem.
