I died while I spent 3 hours in a game, how can I get her back ? (Without using a save)

Don't call yourself stupid. The game doesn't tell you it is autosaving. It can be easy to miss.

The game should definitely tell you that somewhere, so SSD users can adjust their save interval.
My current save has 11MB. 300MB per hour. I doubt that the save would stay 2*3 minutes in cache without being written.

You're sure they don't overwrite? I assumed so to begin with, there's 3 autosaves, 4 simply overwrites 1, in which case save interval shouldn't have much effect on disk use.

They don't take space.
They take SSD's overwrite cycles (which are fairly limited)
