[0.12.29] Heavy Oil is Blue in Pipes

[0.12.29] Heavy Oil is Blue in Pipes
I was playing factorio recently and noticed that heavy oil was looking blue in pipes. I'm almost positive this is a bug because heavy oil is a dark brown/black.

Also if were going off how distinguishable it is to other liquids, why does it look so much like water?
