)The pack itself correctly showed it needed Engines, T3 boards, Solid Fuel and Sodium Hydroxide. Ditto for Engines and T3 boards - all correct angel's recipes.
Solid fuel however only had bobs (?) recipes on it, not the Angel's ones.
So I closed the program and tried to reload - it won't load up again. It goes between "The mod with zip file 'C:\Users\emp_zealoth\AppData\Roaming\factorio\mods\Todo-List_17.2.1.zip' could not be extracted." and "System.ArgumentException: An item with the same key has already been added."
It does insist on having duplicates of some mods in Enable menu though
