This is a localisation issue, someone just miss-spelled/mangled the tags, I hope it to be noticed and fixed by the people doing the translations

Anyways: The first and third issues are fixed for the next release.

The second one (transport between labs simulation not showing) is not on the translations, and I cannot reproduce it in my game with locale set to English or German.
Does that happen every time you open this tip?

The game is modded, so a mod changed something that breaks the lab simulation, which is OK.

By the way, I reviewed all German translations for the tips&tricks. Some were … suboptimal … in wording.
Next release should feel more like natural language … hopefully.
