Same issue MAY happen for splitter GUI in some locales.
It's OK on my locale (russian), but filter slot hugs right border of the window.

Yes, it's been an issue for splitters as well, and both splitters and filter inserters (and hopefully anything else with this issue) will be fixed in 1.1.6.
