[1.0.0][linux] Crashes repeatedly: InterfaceSettings::getUIScale

Hello,

Factorio 1.0.0 is crashing on Gentoo Linux when launched via Steam.
This crash is always reproducible, game files have been verified and seem to be OK.
~/.factorio has been deleted to rule out an invalid config from previous beta versions.
Previous versions worked fine. Attached is the log file including stacktrace.

Just wanted to let you know it seems this bug stems from media-libs/mesa-20.2.0_rc2::gentoo.
After downgrading to media-libs/mesa-20.1.6::gentoo everything works as expected.

I'm not sure what the exact problem is, but to me it seems like a regression in mesa 20.2.0.
