[kovarex][0.18.46] Cannot edit Upgrade Planners in library

Steps to reproduce:

- Create upgrade planner (with or without items assigned)
- Place in blueprint library
- Attempt to edit
- Edits cannot be saved (Pressing escape, copying the result, editing the title to accept, all fail)
