[wheybags] [0.18.37] Blueprint book names with bold rich text are misaligned

Blueprint books with a bold name have the text shifted to the left inside the blueprint library.

The red box was edited in by me, you can see the bold name displayed correctly on the hover popup.

can confirm, still happening in 0.18.38, I was just about to post this but used the search function.

I was just trying to experiment to have cooler bp's T_T

Still present in 1.0 - It's just colours tho, no bold text here
