[0.18.18] Cliff explosives have two different explosions

When cliff explosions are used by a player they create a smaller explosion and scorch mark than when bots use cliff explosives. It's just a small inconsistency but hopefully easy to fix as well. I tried to make some useful images to illustrate the issue:

Was just about to report this myself, but I see someone beat me to it. Yeah, it's kinda weird. I'm inclined to think the bot-deployed one is incorrect; that's a pretty big crater for such a mundane kind of explosion to leave. Either way though, one would expect them to match.

Additionally, I just noticed that with hand-thrown cliff explosives, the fire seems misaligned relative to the crater (compare to grenade). The big crater from bot explosives looks possibly better, but not great. This both might need some attention.

Thanks for the report. It's now fixed for the next release. I don't like that they're defined separately but changing it at this point would just break a lot of stuff and take a days time of adding in new code to make it work nicely.
