[0.18.0] Motor starting sound of Tank was not replaced with the new sound

When you start driving in a tank and turn the motor on, there is still the sound of the old tank to be heard before the idle loop with the new sound starts. I suppose the new sound file for this already exists, but was not replaced yet accidentally.
