[0.11.8] While loading this save game eats whole memory

Windows 7 (x64)
4Gb RAM, 2Gb swap

When game loads this save, it uses whole RAM and swap file. Loading bar fills till the end, then game window freezes forever. After that game can be closed only by using task manager.
Sometimes game loads this save successfully, but memory usage keeps 100%.

Hello, I tried to load the game in the upcoming 0.11.10 release and I was able to load it without any trouble. Let me know if you still can't load the save in 0.11.10 (The release will be ready in less than 2 hours).
