[Twinsen] [0.17.75] Inventory GUI change

Hi,

I've detected with the new version a small behavior change. Before when you moused over a logistic request, if you had some items of that type in your inventory they would blink. I use that a lot to find stuff in a big unorganized inventory (maybe this is something worth re-visiting). With the changes this apparently has been modified I hope by mistake.

I think they would only blink when the bots put some into your inventory

I loaded up 0.17.74 and confirmed it blinks when hovering the logistic request.
