[Oxyd] [0.17.69] Research topic described as available when queued

This is a very minor issue.

When a research has been queued, clicking on it again in the list of available research will display Tech name (available). When clicking on it from the queue, it will write Tech name (queued).
If the research has been queued it should always display (queued).
