[0.17.62] Poles connect to destroyed generator

[0.17.62] Poles connect to destroyed generator

Biters destroyed the Electricity Generator, power poles still connect to the coordinates.

btw these npe entities are annoying to remove in editor. They dont give any hint of interaction. This may be intended but could it be put behind some (here proposition:) new attribute like "silent alert" that can be set per entity and bypassed in editor? For now they can only be removed only from editor's "Entities" page, not "none" page using standard interactions.
