[Bilka] [0.17.56] Changelog scroll area is taller than necessary on tabs other than "All"

If open About>Changelog and scroll to the bottom of the "All" tab, I see that the scroll area is an appropriate length for the amount of text. If I switch to one of the other tabs (say "Major Features"), I see that that I can apparently scroll the same distance even though there is much less text (for 0.17 Major Features fits entirely on my screen).

This seems really minor to me, but it would make more sense if each tab's scroll area was sized to that tab's text.
