Failed to Download Mod List

When trying to sync mods with save, the game restarted after only one or two mods downloaded.
Trying to just install the mods in the mod portal lead to the attached error

Even switching back to the version of the save did not fix that

relevant log lines (afaik)

Mod portal seems to have issues
Sometimes it doesn't even load the page and it's impossible to upload a mod.

I try delete and reinstall game (with delete all %appdata% factorio files), and that dont work. Plz fix it plz.
