[Rseding91] [0.17.38] Stack inserter/UG belt strange interaction

Hello,

today while trying to fix my uranium enrichment setup I noticed a strange behaviour of a stack inserter: it seemed to be able to grab item from a belt one tile downstream of itself, if this belt is a UG belt entrance. I didn't do anymore testing but I snapped a gif of it:

I don't know if it has been noticed before, I just hope it helps.

Issue looks to be related with (any) interter dropping items on ub-entrance: drop point looks to be shifter half tile back to where it should drop items. Requirements to reproduce:
1/ UB and belt of same speed (they must merge into one internal lane)
2/ first inserter dropping items onto UB-entrance
3/ second inserter directly before first

Thanks for the save file showing the problem. It's now fixed for the next version of 0.17.
