[0.11.3] Multiplayer issue

Hi everyone !

- When you play on multiplayer in french ( like me ) and finish a research the game crash with message : "Unknow control sequence open-technologie-gui".
- Everytime when multiple friend join the game together, the game is desync. They need to come one by one.
- When the game is more advance ( around 5 - 8 hours ), we need a long waiting time for sending the map, i'm not sure if it's the multiplayer structure or my network but waiting 15/20 minutes it's hard for only 1 friend.

Hello, thanks for the reports, all these problems will be fixed in the 0.11.4 version.
