[0.11.3] Desync when a new spawned construction bot docks

How to reproduce:
1. Build a new construction bot
2. Spawn it
3. Wait until it docks

A descync happens. After that we can play on just fine.

Hello, thank you for the report.

I thought, that this was already fixed by other desync bugfixes, but just to be sure, we tried to load the map and do it, and it really desynced.
The problem actually is, that just hovering the construction robot in hand (and it applies to several other entities as well, as we found when we extended the automated tests) desynces the game.

Long story short, this is now fixed for 0.11.4
