Steps to reproduce:
import and build this blueprint:

Deconstruct the combinators after they are built, so they get picked up.
Undo and have bots build the combinators. (also appears to happen with pipette building on top of undo ghosts)
Note that the middle combinator loses the green wire connection to itself.

Normal blueprint ghosts work as expected. Only the undo ghosts appear to be affected.

Are you saying that viewtopic.php?p=405498 is back?

It is not back, this was just a different case that was not handled, in this case, it is the removal of ghosts with circuit connections that were not built yet.
