[wheybags] [0.17.4] Color not reset for train station additional text

What did you do?
I added color to the end of a station name and edited the station name again.

What happened?
When I went back to reedit the name the additional text on the window title had the same colour applied.

What did you expect to happen instead?
The additional text should not have the colour applied to it.

Thansk for the report.
In the next version, you will be forced to close color tags, or they won't work. This should make this issue go away.
