[0.17.0] Error in tutorial mission after compilatron meets a turret

sequence of events: I built a turret (my first), loaded it with ammo and it shot biters. I then placed another turret which too then shot at biters. I deconstructed the old turret. The robot (Compilatron?) came rushing to the turret still standing and the game crashed as he arrived.

It is of note that I built the turrets close to the biter base, where the tutorial started. I had also damaged one of the spawners a little. The objective for building a turret is not yet highlighted as finished.
