[0.16.48] blueprint from ghost can't be placed

[0.16.48] blueprint from ghost can't be placed

when I try to blueprint a stack inserter that hasn't been build yet, the resulting blueprint is made, but can't be placed

Thanks for the report. This is now fixed for the next version of 0.16 and I wrote a test to make sure it stays fixed.
