[0.16.29]My radar image got disrupted and color pixel flying

As in title ,My radar image got disrupted, it looks like the static scree in old TV
also, theres color pixel flying in the sky
I reboot the client and it's not going away

Thanks for the report.
The issue has been fixed in 0.16.30 which is already available.
