[0.16.22]Can't fast replace modules

In 0.15 it was possible to replace modules in assembling machiens or beacons by just clicking on the module slot with the module you wanted to be inserted, and the other module would be removed from the slot and the new module inserted, all in one step. In 0.16 this needs two steps, the first click removes the module, the second inserts. I expect it to work the same way as in 0.15.
