[Mod portal]Search doesnt search mod name, only mod title

The search on the new mod portal only searches the mod title, instead of also searching the mod name, like the old mod portal did. Difference between mod name and title in this case is: The name defined as name in the info.json and the name of the mod folder, and also what is used to make dependencies etc. The mod title is the title displayed in-game, and on the mod portal, called title in the info.json.

Steps to replicate:
1. Search for InkQuill

Expected: https://mods.factorio.com/mod/InkQuill shows up in the search results

Actual: Nothing is found

For this particular mod it's a big problem since it's a maintianed version of a mod named Quill, that also has the title Quill. Now I can no longer direct poeple to search for InkQuill to find the updated version, since that doesnt find it, and Quill finds both mods.

PS: This is techincally a duplicate of 56808, however that post only describes the unexpected behaviour, but not what is/why it is wrong.
