[kovarex] [0.16.15] Gui glitch, inventory scrollbar missing

If you you use a mod that increases player inventory size, and a mod that creates storage items with large inventory, when player opens item inventory, player gui scrollbar is missingbut not the item inventory one.

Ignore the text mess in the console, i have opened an old save and mods got crazy, this problem is not tied to any specific mods.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Have player inventory increased so it needs a scrollbar.
2. Have a chest with invetory increased so it needs a scrollbar.
3. Open that chest.

What happens: Only the chest scrollbar is displayed.
What should happen: There should be two scrollbars, one for the left side with a player inventory, and one for the right sice with the chest inventory.
