[Dominik] [0.16.6] Evolution command in campaigns

Using the evolution command in "First steps" level-03 (level-01 and level-02 are fine) and "New hope" level-01 and level-02 (I haven't tested on higher levels since I don't have them unlocked) will show erroneous information.
This is very easy to reproduce:
  • Start a new campaign in First steps level-03 or New hope level-01 or New hope level-02
  • Write the "/evolution" command and look at the displayed text
This is what it shows for me:

I don't think any logs or saves are needed for this since it's easily reproduce-able in a new map, but it does show the same thing on longer running maps, you can use the save from my previous bug report which has a save from New hope level-02.
